The Tenth SungPoem

                                        I

No one says that life is fair…
One is short, the other is tall:

        Some inherit thrones and shares,
some born with just a poor soul.
        Some good-looking have affairs.

Some are smart, but live alone.
That’s unjust and makes you scared
to the marrow of your bones.

Some born Black, some born Caucasian,
some born ladies, some born men,

Some think it’s a good occasion,
                                          but others are miserable then.

Why not fix it in the future?
Why not get rid of the rust?
        Why restrict your strong desires,
                                         envies, covetousness and lust?
                                       II

        It’s so natural and human
to target things that a neighbor has:

        Better house, better woman,
                                              better job, or softer bread.
        Also, one has many talents,

                                       which deserve to have rewards.
        Not like his "unpleasant" neighbor,
                                    colleague, schoolmate, or landlord.
